ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

AS PART OF THE 2023 EDITORIAL CAMPAIGN, MAISON ESMÉ FOCUSES ON CELEBRATING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY. REFLECTING A TIMELESS, AGELESS AND GENDERLESS APPROACH, THE CAMPAIGN FEATURES VITA, 88, IN WHAT SEEMS TO BE AN UNEXPECTED SET UP. TOGETHER WITH ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, JUSTIN REDDIG, AND THE ECLECTIC FASHION PHOTOGRAPHER, SIMON STENGER, THESE IMAGES PUSH THE BOUNDARIES OF SOCIETAL EXPECTATIONS. "THE WONDERFUL THING ABOUT FASHION TODAY IS THAT IT INCLUDES EVERYBODY; IT'S ABOUT HAVING FUN. CERTAIN LOOKS OR LIFESTYLES ARE NOT RESERVED FOR SPECIFIC GROUPS OR GENERATIONS, IT'S MORE ABOUT WHAT MAKES US FEEL THE BEST VERSION OF OURSELF - AND I BELIEVE THAT THIS CAMPAIGN CAPTURES THIS ESSENCE EXTREMELY WELL.", THE DESIGNER SAYS.
