Refunds will always be booked onto the same credit card account that was used for the initial payment. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged once the shipment has been dispatched.
PAY PAL
With PayPal you can shop easily without entering your credit card information on our website. Your account will be charged once the order has been confirmed. If you do not yet have a PayPal account and would like to register, please visit the official website at paypal.com
DIRECT TRANSFER
A further option of payment is the TÜV-certified direct payment method. The pending balance will be transfered in real time via the online banking tool. This payment method does not require a credit card or prior registration.
Select the option Direct Transfer as your prefered method of payment. You will be directed to a safeguarded site where you can enter your account information. It is necessary to enter the automatically generated TAN number which will be sent to you by your bank. A confirmation and order number will be sent to you via email, once the transaction has been completed.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
If you would like to use the Advance Payment method, you will receive all necessary information and instructions in an email upon check out. Please transfer the pending balance using your order number in the reference bar to the following account:
